Store Information

Starcrust Cards sells trading cards, sealed products, TCG accessories, collectibles, and related products for international customers.

Product Information

We try to provide accurate product titles, images, descriptions, pricing, availability, and condition information. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturer changes, packaging updates, lighting, photography, screen settings, or collectible item condition standards.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct listing errors, cancel unavailable items, limit quantities, or refuse orders where information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory confirmation, and fulfillment availability. Payment information is processed by supported third-party payment providers.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, verify, or refuse any order that appears suspicious, violates our policies, or presents elevated fraud risk. Additional identity verification may be requested before shipment.

Preorder Policy

Preorder items are products that have not yet been released or are awaiting stock arrival. Release dates, arrival dates, and fulfillment estimates are subject to change by manufacturers, distributors, publishers, or logistics providers.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items become available unless otherwise specified. Separate shipments may require additional shipping charges. If allocation shortages occur, customers may receive a full refund, partial refund, store credit, or alternative product offer.

Shipping and Customs Reference

Shipping times are estimates only. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local clearance charges unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Intellectual Property

Product names, game names, character names, artwork, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Starcrust Cards is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those rights holders unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starcrust Cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store, product purchases, carrier delays, customs events, or third-party service interruptions.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us first regarding any order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We reserve the right to provide shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication history, photographs, order records, and other supporting evidence to payment processors or financial institutions during dispute investigations.

We may update these terms and related policies from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of use or purchase applies unless otherwise required by law.
