Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during new releases, restocks, holidays, preorder waves, or high-volume periods.

Available shipping methods may include economy international shipping, express shipping, and other tracked services. The available options depend on destination, product type, package size, carrier availability, and current shipping restrictions.

Estimated delivery times are references only and are not guaranteed. Delivery speed may vary by destination, customs handling, carrier routing, local postal conditions, and seasonal volume.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, or local clearance costs required by their country or region unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failure, return, loss, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, we may assist with carrier follow-up where available. A package is not considered lost until the carrier confirms loss or the applicable carrier investigation period has passed.
