Refund & Return Policy

Starcrust Cards sells trading cards, sealed products, TCG accessories, collectibles, and related products. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Trading Cards and Collectibles Final Sale Rules

Single cards, trading cards, collectibles, limited-release products, opened products, and made-to-order or fan-made items are generally final sale unless the item received is materially incorrect, missing, or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us through the store contact channel within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the item, and any relevant tracking information.

Returns

Returns must be approved before anything is sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returned items must be in the same condition received, including original packaging where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted before fulfillment preparation begins. Once an order is packed, allocated, shipped, or otherwise prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations generally do not qualify for a refund, return, or replacement:

  • Buyer remorse or change of mind
  • Pull rate dissatisfaction
  • Failure to obtain desired cards from sealed products
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with manufacturer quality standards
  • Opened sealed products unless required by applicable law
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Carrier delay after shipment

Card Condition Standards

Card condition assessments are subjective and based on commonly accepted industry standards. Minor imperfections including slight whitening, centering differences, print lines, foil curling, factory defects, surface reflections, or packaging wear do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

Unless specifically advertised, raw cards are not guaranteed to achieve any grading result from PSA, BGS, CGC, or other grading companies.

Sealed Product Disclaimer

Trading card sealed products contain randomized contents. Opened products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law.

No Guarantee of Pull Rates

We do not guarantee specific cards, signature cards, serialized cards, alternate art cards, high-value cards, pull rates, case hit ratios, or any specific contents from randomized sealed products.
